Founder & CEO
Lauren Streifer is the Founder & CEO of S&Co. Previously, Lauren was the Executive Director of Roads Australia, representing 160 global infrastructure companies and state governments. Lauren was also the co-founder of the Australian office of Nova Global – which works with the world’s premier brands (Google, H&M, Coca Cola, etc) to attract talent and identify opportunities and as a Project Manager for the Australian office of APEC – managing international development projects for 21 economies, including the US and China. She previously worked at the Mayor’s Office of New Orleans, the Australian Consulate-General in New York and the New York office of NIDA. Lauren is also a passionate public speaker, traveller and children’s book writer.
Head Of Advisory
Ian Webb is Head of Advisory at S&Co. Over his 30-year career, Ian established himself as a renowned industry leader and expert through his numerous senior roles in the transport and infrastructure sectors, including fifteen years as former CEO of Roads Australia – the national peak body for transport in Australia. He was previously the Director-General of the International Road Federation, Geneva and is a current Board Member of the Australian Road Research Board Pty Ltd and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee at the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads.
Head of Operations
Johanna Formentera is S&Co’s operations and administration manager. She oversees day-to-day operations, assists the CEO and each assigned project manager, and is involved in client relations. She is also the operations and design at Skillsy Pty Ltd and the business manager at One in a Million Publishing. With 10 years of work experience, Johanna has served several companies in a variety of industries providing administration, customer service, marketing, and project management services.
Head of Government Relations
Daniel Weil is S&Co’s Head of Government Relations. Over his career, he has developed extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, research, and infrastructure/urban policy analysis and formulation. Prior to joining S&Co, Daniel served as Transport and Infrastructure Policy Lead to Victorian Opposition Leader Matthew Guy, overseeing the development of all transport and infrastructure-related policy on behalf of the Victorian Opposition. Prior to this, Daniel worked in the Victorian property development industry, both in policy/advocacy as well as an urban planner at several major consultancies, where he worked on a range of high-profile projects for clients in the commercial/ retail, residential and industrial development sectors.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
J-za Omoso is the executive assistant to the CEO and founder at S&Co. J-za works closely with Lauren and the team, providing administrative assistance. She serves as the primary contact for external offices. With more than 10 years of experience, J-za has a proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and training. She strongly supports causes centered around poverty eradication, animal welfare, and environmental awareness.
